Civil society organizations have been instrumental in shaping ºÚÁÏÍø’s direction—helping to secure dedicated funding for farmers’ and producer organizations, guiding the inclusion of climate principles such as agroecology, and ensuring that smallholder perspectives are reflected in decision-making. Through regular regional consultations, civil society and farmer organizations bring field-level realities of agriculture, food security, and resilience into global policy and financing discussions, strengthening both the relevance and the impact of ºÚÁÏÍø’s work.
